A gear driven reel is one that does not involve loud and dirty chain links. Through a gear driven reel, the user gets improved control and reliability through a precision machined gear ring welded to the reel disc without the ongoing maintenance and greasy mess of a chain driven reel.
We use a fast and accurate automated punching machines delivering a standardized reel disc every time. This ensures that our reel spins true every time.
The fluid path is the spine of the reel which provides structure and delivers the product to the treating hose. By way of tight tolerances, our machined fluid path ensures the reel spins perfectly, every time for a long period of time.
We understand the demand and type of environment our reels are being used in. Our powder coating process offers a highly scratch resilient finish on all of our reels to ensure the paint job looks as good as on year 10 as it did on day 1.
